The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 AM to 5 PM, including on holidays. The museum is closed on Mondays.
Always closed on: New Year's Day (January 1st), King's Day (April 27th), and Christmas Day (December 25th).

We do not use time slots. We recommend allocating at least one hour for your visit.
The museum does not have its own parking spaces. Parking is available at Q-Park De Rotterdam.
The nearest tram and metro stop is Wilhelminaplein. Note: the metro platform is slanted.
There are special discount rates for youth under 25 years old, students, CJP (Cultural Youth Pass), and Rotterdam Welcome Card holders. Children up to 17 years old have free admission.
We welcome holders of: Museumkaart, VriendenLoterij VIP-KAART, Rembrandtpas, ICOM, Rotterdampas. Companions of visitors who are unable to independently visit the museum receive free admission.
The museum shop is open during the museum's opening hours.
